Moving In or Out?

Seller
- You'll need to get the prospective buyer a copy of our HOA Declaration. This can be found in the ‘Files’ area on this page.
- Please send an email to brintonstation@gmail.com letting us know to be on the lookout for the incoming request in the mail.
- You will need to send a letter requesting the Resale Certificate and a check for $150 made out to Brinton Station HOA to the following address:

The request should contain the address of the property being sold, the proposed settlement date, the name of the buyer, and the sales price.
- Turnaround time for this is within 5-7 business days. If this is a rush request, you MUST send an email (brintonstation@gmail.com) for different instructions.
Buyer
- Please be aware, there is a $200 Capital Contribution fee.
- You'll want to review our HOA Declaration to make sure you are aware of the rules you would be expected to follow.
