Dumping of trash
Dumping of trash, grass clippings or yard brush in any common areas or along the back parts of the trails or any common area is prohibited. Please be considerate and dispose of yard waste responsibly. Also, if your grass clippings fall on the street or sidewalk, please take the time to sweep them up. Cleaning up those clippings makes a nicer appearance for your home and keeps the storm sewers clear of debris.
