Dumping of trash, grass clippings or yard brush in any common
areas or along the back parts of the trails is prohibited. The HOA does not wish
to impose fines for dumping, but if the dumping continues it could be warranted.
Please be considerate and dispose of yard waste responsibly. Did you
know….grass clippings can be mulched into your yard. Check out some of

obstructing the trails or sidewalks, please trim them back or remove them to
make it easier to residents to pass. Also, if your grass clippings fall on the
street or sidewalk, please take the time to sweep them up. Cleaning up those
clippings makes a nice appearance for your home and keeps the storm sewers
clear of debris.
