Planning on doing a construction project on your property? Sheds, fences and additions to your home, deck or yard require HOA Board approval before submitting to the Township for permits. Before you begin, please make sure you have the proper approval. Send your plans/blueprints to the HOA email at brintonstation@gmail.com.

Traffic Corner

Please Slow Down! Our Speed Limit is 25 MPH.

Overnight on-street parking is prohibited in East Fallowfield Township. Please instruct daytime visitors to be courteous and not park in front of anyone’s mailbox. If you need on-street parking, please call the police dept. before your event (610-384-9163). Violators will be issued parking tickets.

The Brinton Station Annual Yard Sale will be sometime in June! You can vote on Facebook for either the 8th or 15th. Advertisements will be placed in local papers/online - and we'll put some signs out reminding people about the event. read more »
